PYRUVATE

Pyruvate is a natural substance that the body produces in cells during carbohydrate metabolism. It can also be found as a food ingredient, for example, in red apples.

Pyruvate is produced at the end of the glycolysis process and provides energy to living cells through the Krebs cycle. In combination with a calorie-reduced diet and cardio training, it can reduce the percentage of body fat.

Pyruvate also reduces food cravings, which ensures less food intake and the breakdown or reduction of muscle mass, which is otherwise a common occurrence on calorie-restrictive diets.

It increases strength by activating the release of ATP and increasing the flow of glucose to the muscles.

In the regeneration phase, pyruvate stimulates glucose absorption by muscle cells.

In a combination of weight training and cardio training with the use of pyruvate, it is possible to train harder and spend more energy from the reserves accumulated in fat deposits.

Take six grams per day for a period of four weeks in combination with a calorie-reduced diet, hypertrophy training, and cardio training for 30-40 minutes.

It is important to take pyruvate directly before training, and at least two hours after the last meal containing carbohydrates.
