PREWORKOUT, POSTWORKOUT, ZELL VOLUMIZERS

PREWORKOUT

The supplements you use before training have the role of enabling you to train as hard as possible.

That’s why they have nitroxide in their composition to dilate your blood vessels, one or more types of creatine for energy, beta alanine that delays muscle fatigue and BCAAs that break down during training so you don’t touch your muscle BCAAs.

You usually use preworkout drinks 30 minutes before training.

POSTWORKOUT

After the training, the cells are “open” and ready to receive carbohydrates to replenish the glycogen reserves depleted by the training, and amino acids for the repair and regeneration of muscle tissue.

In the meal immediately after training, use carbohydrates with a high glycemic index (dextrose, maltodextrin) and fast proteins (whey).

The ratio of ingested proteins and carbohydrates is 1:2, which means that if you have ingested 50g of protein, you add another 100g of carbohydrates.

The time of entry is literally right after training.

ZELL VOLUMIZERS

Well-known companies put carbohydrates, creatine, glutamine, BCAAs, amino acids, protein and electrolytes in their zell volumizers.

The combination of carbohydrates, protein and amino acids leads to an increase in insulin, a better “pump” effect during training and a better storage of building and energy ingredients in the cells, so

even people who do not respond to creatine can benefit from zell volumizer.

Zell volumizers are used in mass and strength training. They are also very useful in handball, basketball, football, water polo, sports with a lot of anaerobic action in general.

DOSAGE

A portion of zell volumizer contains about 5g of creatine. In the loading phase (the first seven days), two portions per day are used for persons up to 70 kg, three portions per day for persons weighing 70-90 kg, and four portions per day for persons over 90 kg. In the maintenance phase for the next five weeks, one serving per day is sufficient.
