5x5 training

WHAT IS 5X5 TRAINING ADAPTATION?

The 5×5 training adaptation is an old training program for increasing muscle mass translated into modern language, that is, corrected and amended with the newest knowledge in training, nutrition and dietary supplements.

The exercises that were used in the “old” 5×5 program are good for increasing strength, but not for body shaping. Your main goal is to shape the body, which is why, in the adaptation of the 5×5 training, exercises which shape the body and build muscle in the fastest and most efficient way are chosen.

Along with the training programme, there is also advice on nutrition, the calculation of caloric intake required for weight maintenance, as well as on the way to increase your caloric intake from quality nutritional components to build muscle.

The training programme is concluded with advice on which dietary supplements should be used in each training phase.

WHY DOES THE 5X5 TRAINING ADAPTATION WORK?

Trainings are done three times a week, which leaves four days to rest and build muscle.

You will go from the introductory programme to the intermediate programme and finally to the advanced programme.

The road from easier to harder trainings is marked with gradual increase in calories from quality proteins and carbohydrates, along with dietary supplements, which, together with eight hours of sleep, ensures muscle growth.

DIVISION OF TRAININGS

In the introductory (beginner) programme, you train all muscle groups in one training.

The first intermediate training includes chest, shoulders, triceps and abdomen, while the other includes legs, back, biceps and calves.

In the first advanced training, the focus is on legs, hamstrings, calves and abdomen, while in the second, the focus is on shoulders, triceps, biceps and abdomen.

CONCLUSION

As you can see, the 5×5 training adaptation is a serious course meant for quickly increasing muscle mass which takes you from the introductory to the advanced training phase, complemented with advice on nutrition and dietary supplements in each training phase.
